Mandatory brake check locations.

An operator of a motor vehicle over 26,000 pounds must stop and check the vehicle brakes at the following turnout locations:

(1) U.S. Highway 16 south of Rapid City eastbound at milepost 65.5;
(2) U.S. Highway 18 west of Hot Springs eastbound at milepost 33.1.
