67 : 63 : 03 : 01 . Policies and procedures manual. Each appropriate regional facility shall develop policies and procedures in the following areas related to clients:

1. (1) Intake;
2. (2) Orientation;
3. (3) Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation within the facility;
4. (4) Confidentiality;
5. (5) Responding to grievances;
6. (6) Discharge;
7. (7) Dietary services; and
8. (8) Medication control.
