67 : 61 : 10 : 01 . Safety and sanitation plan. For each setting in which the agency provides services, there must be a health, safety, sanitation, and disaster plan that ensures the health and safety of the individuals served. The plan must provide procedures for :

1. (1) Responding to medical emergencies;
2. (2) Responding to fire and natural disasters, including evacuation plans;
3. (3) Training and regularly scheduled drills for fire and natural disasters;
4. (4) Responding to communicable diseases; and
5. (5) Ensuring sanitation of all settings in which services are provided.
