67 : 61 : 04 : 02 . Statistical data. Each agency shall submit to the department statistical data on each client receiving services in a manner agreed upon by the department and the agency. The agency shall provide statistical data on all services in accordance with the state m anagement i nformation s ystem, and any other data required by the department and state and federal laws and regulations.
