The department shall notify the claimant of the commission's final decision within 15 working days following the date of the hearing. The notice shall be in writing and shall be made by regular mail. If the claim was approved, the notice shall specify the amount of the claim and the amount payable for each eligible service provider. If the commission denies the claim, the decision shall specify the reason for the denial.
