Home and community-based services covered and payable under this chapter consist of the following only if they are not otherwise payable under article 67:16:
- (1) Day habilitation;
- (2) Prevocational services;
- (3) Service coordination;
- (4) Supported employment;
- (5) Medical equipment and drugs;
- (6) Nursing; and
- (7) Other medically related services such as speech, hearing, and language.
