Assistance may be provided to any child or any other member of the household who would be eligible for assistance under chapters 67:12:01 to 67:12:06 , inclusive, but is not required to meet the requirements of §§ 67:12:01 :14, 67:12:01 :19, and 67:12:01 :29 to 67:12:01 :39, inclusive.
