If a dependent child is living with a parent/caretaker relative, the parent/caretaker relative may be eligible for Medicaid if the following criteria is met:

1. (1) They meet the general eligibility requirements of chapter 67:46:01;
2. (2) They meet the requirements contained in this chapter.
