ARSD 67:46:07:08 – Consideration of resources at time of redetermination of eligibility or reapplication for assistance.

At the time of redetermination of eligibility or reapplication for long-term care assistance during a continuous period of institutionalization, resources held by the institutionalized spouse shall be considered for eligibility according to chapter 67:46:05.
