ARSD 67:45:03:02 – Nursing facility to submit assessments to department.

A nursing facility participating in the Medicaid program shall submit completed assessments to the department according to § 44:73:06:10.

The nursing facility shall ensure that the documentation maintained in the resident's file replicates exactly the assessment submitted to the department.
