The following rules apply to applicants and participants of HOPE waiver services:
- (1) Chapter 67:45:01;
- (2) Chapter 67:46:01;
- (3) Chapter 67:46:02;
- (4) Chapter 67:46:03;
- (5) Chapter 67:46:04;
- (6) Chapter 67:46:05;
- (7) Chapter 67:46:07; and
- (8) Chapter 67:46:08.
