A staff member who provides case management services, including planning, securing, coordinating, and monitoring the services for children in care and their families must have a bachelor’s degree in an accredited behavioral or social science area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The staff member may not have on record a substantiated report of child abuse or neglect.
