ARSD 67:42:09:07.01
Staff performing intake services, direct services to children and families, case management, family education and support, liaison services, assessment studies for foster care, and adoptive services must have, at a minimum, an associate's degree in the social sciences or human services field and be supervised according to § 67:42:09:07. Staff may not have on record a substantiated report of child abuse or neglect.
