The facility shall have written procedures for handling suspected in-house child abuse. The procedures must include at least the following:

1. (1) A procedure for ensuring that the alleged incident could not recur while awaiting the official investigation by the department or law enforcement;
2. (2) A procedure for evaluating the continued employability of any staff member determined to be involved in an incident of child abuse.
