Family foster homes shall have sufficient sleeping space to accommodate comfortably a child in care as well as the provider's family. The foster home shall meet the following requirements:

1. (1) Bed linens, blankets, and pillows shall be provided for all children;
2. (2) Children of different sexes over the age of six may not sleep in the same room; and
3. (3) Children may not share a bed with an adult.
