The following types of psychiatric residential treatment facilities are eligible to receive reimbursement for services provided to individuals under the age of 21:

1. (1) A residential treatment center licensed under the provisions of chapter 67:42:08; and
2. (2) An intensive residential treatment center licensed under the provisions of chapter 67:42:15.
