Payment for claims for services provided under this chapter is subject to the following restrictions:

1. (1) Payment is limited to days the child is actually in the facility;
2. (2) Payment is made for the day of admission but not the day of discharge;
3. (3) Payment may not be made for reserved bed days;
4. (4) Except for subdivision (2) of this section, payment may not be made for partial days; and

5. (5) Payment may not be made for day programs.

   Rates of payment are established under the provisions of § 67:16:03:06.02.
