Reimbursable services -- Community transportation provider.

If the requirements of § 67:16:25:06.01 are met, reimbursable community transportation services are limited to the following:

(1) Transport of a recipient; and
(2) Mileage.
Transportation expenses payable by a third party are not eligible for reimbursement under this chapter.
