The per diem rates established by the department are applied to every resident in the facility who is eligible for Medicaid, excluding those classified as assisted living, and payment made on behalf of an eligible individual is considered payment in full as provided in § 67:16:01:07.

Additional amounts may be payable as add-on payments.
