At least once a month the department shall send to the participating energy supplier or landlord notice of the following:

1. (1) Which of the supplier's customers or the landlord's tenants have been determined eligible for LIEAP;
2. (2) The total amount of energy assistance available to the household; and
3. (3) Balances remaining, if any, on the accounts after a LIEAP payment.
