When determining supplemental nutrition assistance eligibility, the department shall exclude one primary vehicle for the household. If the household has more than one vehicle, the exclusion of the remaining vehicles must follow the requirements of 7 C.F.R. § 273.8(e)(3), as amended to January 1, 2009.
