Assistance shall be provided to eligible applicants or recipients under Pub. L. No. 94-44 (June 28, 1975), who are eligible under the income and resource limitations of the AFDC program under this article. The amount of assistance shall be determined pursuant to the rules governing the AFDC program, except as provided in § 67:12:13:02.
