Eligibility factors for repatriated citizens and their dependents.

Upon application, assistance payments and Medicaid shall be provided to any eligible person identified in Pub. L. No. 94-44 who is eligible for assistance through the AFDC program as provided in this article with the exception that the age requirements and deprivation of

parental support shall be waived.
