ARSD 67:12:12:02 – Redetermination of deprivation for continued eligibility.

For the department to make a redetermination of deprivation of parental care or support for the purpose of determining continued eligibility for aid to families with dependent children (AFDC) foster care benefits, a recipient must meet the eligibility criteria as established in chapter 67:12:01 or must be receiving AFDC foster care benefits upon the termination of parental rights.
