There is no financial eligibility if the assistance unit's nonexcluded income, without application of the disregards set forth in §§ 67:12:05:14, 67:12:05:18, 67:12:05:21, and subdivisions 67:12:05:38(2) and (3), exceeds one hundred eighty-five percent of the need standard for the assistance unit.
