P ayments received as a volunteer in the Service Corps of Retired Executives, the Active Corps of Executives, or any other program under Title II or Title III of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973, Pub. L. No. 93-113 § 418 (1973), are excluded in determining aid to families with dependent children (AFDC) eligibility and the amount of AFDC payment.
