T he equity value , up to one thousand five hundred dollars, of a prepaid burial contract designated for use by a member of the assistance unit is excluded as a resource when applying the resource limit in § 67:12:05:05 . The burial contract must meet the criteria of SDCL 55-11-1 , 55-11-2 , and 55-11-3 .
