T he department shall randomly assign Aid to Families With Dependent Children assistance units either to the control group or the 1115 waiver group. Once the assistance unit is assigned, the parent caretaker relative remains in the assigned group as long as the parent caretaker relative resides in South Dakota or until notified otherwise by the department.
