A r ecipient who become s ineligible for financial assistance because of child or spousal support collected by the department on behalf of a member of the assistance unit , continue s to be eligible for Aid to Families With Dependent Children (AFDC) medical only services provided under article 67: 4 6 if AFDC has been received in at least three of the six months preceding ineligibility. Eligibility for medical services continues for a period of four months beginning with the month of ineligibility.
