An incapacitated recipient who is a parent receiving training under the programs offered by the Department of Human Services meets the continued incapacity requirements for Aid to Families With Dependent Children. The disability incapacity consultation team shall redetermine a recipient parent's incapacity when the training program ends, using the sources specified in § 67:12:01:40.
