Deprivation of parental support or care because of continued absence from the home.

Continued absence of the parent from the home is regarded as deprivation of parental support or care according to the following criteria:
- (1) The parent is physically absent from the home;
- (2) Facts exist supporting the presumption that the absence will continue for a period longer than thirty days; and
- (3) The absence results in the child losing or having a substantial reduction of physical care, communication, guidance, and support by at least one of the child's parents, either natural, adoptive, or stepparent.
