The department shall make a full determination of continuing eligibility and extent of entitlement at least once every twelve months for those Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) assistance units who are required to report monthly under § 67:12:06:34 and at least once every six months for those AFDC assistance units who are exempt from monthly reporting under § 67:12:06:34.01.
