ARSD 67:10:06:19 – Participation required before payment if deprivation based on unemployment.

If an assistance unit's deprivation is based on unemployment, the parents must meet the work participation requirements contained in § 67:10:06:06 before a cash assistance payment is mailed to the assistance unit. A payment made under the provisions of this rule is mailed on the last working day of the month.
