The department considers the proceeds received from the sale of real property held in trust to be a resource and subject to the maximum resource limit contained in § 67:10:04:03 unless they were paid under Pub. L. No. 92-254 (March 22, 1974), Pub. L. No. 93-134 (October 19, 1973), Pub. L. No. 94-114 (October 17, 1975), or Pub. L. No. 94-540 (October 18, 1976).
