64 : 75 : 04 : 14.01 . Retail consumer rebate programs. Notwithstanding the prov i s i ons of § 64:75:04:14 , manufacturers may offer rebates to retail consumers. The rebate terms shall provide for consumer redemption of the rebate between the manufacturer and retail consumer only. The retailer may not act as the intermediary for the manufacturer or the consumer. The rebate program proceeds may not exceed $36. The rebate may apply to any container size or combination of containers, but may not apply to more than one case.
