64 : 75 : 02 : 08 . Farm wineries and wine manufacturers -- TTB report required. Prior to the renewal of a license issued pursuant to SDCL ch apter 35-12 or 35-16, the applicant shall provide the secretary with all of the applicant's Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau wine premises operations reports for the previous twelve-month period.
