S eparate ballots shall be prepared for each represented group entitled to vote in the election. Each ballot shall contain the appropriate designation of the represented group and the names, in alphabetical order, and the municipality associated with the address of e ach candidate. No ballot m a y be prepared if less than two candidates have filed valid nominating petitions to represent a represented group.
