The department shall publish dealer license application forms online. A completed form must contain, as applicable, the following:

1. (1) Information required by SDCL 32-6B-6, 32-6C-3, 32-7A-4.1, and 32-7B-4;
2. (2) The license fee set forth in SDCL 32-6B-13, 32-6C-5, 32-7A-7, and 32-7B-8 or the renewal fee set forth in SDCL 32-6B-15, 32-6C-5, 32-7A-7, and 32-7B-8; and

3. (3) The bond required by SDCL 32-6B-7, 32-6C-4, 32-7A-5, and 32-7B-6.

   For a license renewal application, a bond continuation certificate or other evidence of compliance with these bond requirements sent directly to the department fulfills the bonding requirement.
