A person whose license is suspended pursuant to SDCL subdivision 32-12-49(4) is eligible for a restricted license issued pursuant to article 61:19 unless the suspension is a second or subsequent suspension pursuant to SDCL subdivision 32-12-49(4) within the last 24 consecutive months.
