ARSD 55:05:09:03 – Release of treatment information.

Upon completion of the approved drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program, the employee must provide a release of clinical verification to the commissioner showing that the employee has successfully completed the approved drug abuse assistance or rehabilitation program.
