The commissioner shall designate the site or sites to be used for collection of specimens for drug screen tests conducted pursuant to this article. Any facility or facilities designated as a collection site must have available all necessary materials, equipment, and facilities to provide for the collection, refrigerated temporary storage, and transportation of specimens to the designated laboratory.
