ARSD 55:05:05:02 – Request for employee to be screened.

The commissioner shall, upon finding a reasonable suspicion of illegal drug use by an employee as defined in § 55:05:01:01 notify the employee of findings and request that the employee submit to a drug screen test. The test shall be administered within 24 hours after the request or as soon as possible.
