Annually, prior to July 1, the board of directors shall elect from board members, by majority vote, a chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, and treasurer to serve during the next fiscal year. Officers and board members shall serve without compensation. The board of directors shall submit an annual report of election to the adjutant general prior to July 1.
