A prenumbered lease document supplied by the adjutant general shall be used for the rental of armory facilities and equipment. The lease supplied shall be treated as a controlled document and the armory control board is responsible and accountable for all lease forms issued. The lease shall be executed in the name of the adjutant general by a person authorized by the control board and by an authorized representative of the lessee.
