The control board for each armory under the control of the department of military and veterans affairs shall establish a rental policy in accordance with this chapter. The policy shall address, but not be limited to, the hours of operation, space available for renting, rental rate schedules, rental classifications, deposits, receipts, damages, leases, other facilities, and alcoholic beverages.
