A video lottery machine must have the ability to retain information on the last twenty-five ticket vouchers issued in a voucher-out log. The voucher-out log must contain the following information for each recorded voucher:

1. (1) Value of credits in dollars and cents in alpha and numeric form;
2. (2) Time of day the ticket voucher was printed in twenty-four (24) hour format showing hours and minutes;
3. (3) Date in month, day and year;
4. (4) Video lottery machine serial number; and
5. (5) Validation number.
