ARSD 48:02:06:09 – Requests of reports.

Any operator may request additional reports available on play transactions of the operator's machines and other marketing information not considered confidential by the lottery. The lottery may charge a fee for the cost of producing and mailing such reports other than the statements referred to in § 48:02:06:06.
