Any individual issued a provisional certificate shall register annually with the department by submitting a completed registration form provided by the department, continuing education requirements as outlined in § 46:31:03:04, and any applicable fee. Failure to comply may result in denial of registration and loss of provisional certification.

The department shall send notice of renewal to the interpreter at least 60 days prior to expiration of the interpreter’s current certificate.
