The division shall process the complaint and complete an investigation within 90 business days of receipt of the complaint.

1. (1) The findings of the investigation;
2. (2) Any corrective action, if necessary, and the time-frame required for completion;
3. (3) The decision to be carried out if the corrective action is not completed to the satisfaction of the division within the required time frame; and

4. (4) The right to appeal any decision to deny, suspend, or revoke the interpreter's certification as provided in § 46:31:01:05.01.

   Upon conclusion of the investigation and arriving at a decision that unprofessional conduct has been proven, the division may issue a letter of reprimand, suspend, or revoke the interpreter's certification.

Within ten business days of completion of the investigation the division shall make a decision and the interpreter shall be notified of the following:
