ARSD 46:30:05:15 – Written decision required after secretary's review.

Within 30 days after providing notice of intent to review the impartial hearing officer's report, the secretary shall make a final decision and provide a full report in writing of the decision and of the findings and grounds for the decision to the applicant or consumer or to the individual's representative.
